By installing or using Find the Brand ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Contact: ppeltriaux@gmail.com.
The App identifies branded products from photos and surfaces price estimates and links to external marketplaces. Identification, pricing, and links are best-effort approximations. Do not rely on them for transactional decisions without independent verification.
Some features require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of your Apple ID. You may revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
Where the App offers paid features, payment is processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy.
Do not use the App to identify items in ways that infringe on others' privacy, harass, or commit fraud. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape our servers, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App, design, and code are the property of Pascal Peltriaux. Brand names, logos, and product images shown in the App belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
The App links to external marketplaces (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, brand sites). We are not responsible for content, prices, or transactions on those sites.
The App is provided "as is" with no warranty. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
